The twin brothers André and Rune Nielsen, who were born in Oslo, Norway on June 12th 1968, began their interest for fitness at a very young age. They have continuously molded their bodies to a level that many observers classify as perfection!

The Nielsen Twins were first introduced to athletics when they began playing soccer at the age of five. Their love for sports flourished and soon they found themselves immersed in a variety of physical activities, including ice hockey, cross country skiing, slalom, karate, swimming and boxing. In an effort to improve themselves in boxing, Andr and Rune began to train with weights. In NO time they were bitten by the iron bug!
